I'm sure they didn't file their own taxes using TurboTax :D. Those tax accountants they hired would know what they were doing, legal or otherwise. But taxes are funny beasts. You can find a lot of loopholes that may look legal one way but illegal the other way.

For the time being, I'm hopeful they'll (somehow) push BTC up to 25k. We're too damn close not to. The equity market looks pretty bullish tonight so, if they go up a lot tomorrow, I would think BTC will also follow. That said, it's critical that 23,300 holds. If that breaks, all bets are off...

Long or short? We're seeing HIGHER LOW on the daily and we're banging against the trendline. However, I got burned back in November (higher low back then too), thinking it finally turned the corner only to see it reverse on me.
