Well, unless you're a short term trader, it makes more sense to hold on to your position LONGER to take advantage of long-term capital gains. With LIFO, that wouldn't be so feasible. Anyway, I'm pretty sure FIFO method is what's used by IRS when they audit your taxes.

Dude, all I'm trying to do is find why it moved. Nothing else. Don't you wanna know the reason? But, other than that steep drop last month, I don't recall ES reacting like this in the overnight session to the announcement coming out of BOJ. Maybe times are changing after all.
