Maybe I shouldn't have made that post. They gunned down my stop. :( Since it breached below the range (yet again so easily), I think I'll look to short now once it retraces back up to the bottom of the range.

The bulls managed to rally up to 25212 but failed to stay afloat. We'll either break out above or chop in a range between the two lines IMO. I don't think we'll fall below the range.

In that case, don't you think these algos will only get better over time? Manual traders are already at a great disadvantage. What should happen to them when these algos are run by AI/ML bots? They have no chance at survival IMO. Here I'm talking about mostly day traders, not long term swing...

Actually, it is in operation. But as you can see from the sheer volume of the trades, I wouldn't wanna post 430 trades for anyone's viewing pleasure. :) That said, trades that I post here are from my discretionary trading account.

No doubt about the fun part. But it will completely disrupt the market as well. I'm sure manual trading will become extinct as AI becomes saturated. Most of us here will need to fold shop and look for another job like the CME pit traders. Sad to say.

Actually, I don't think we will even need to do all that. AI will likely do all that by itself.

That's why you need to use an algo. Algo is completely agnostic. As long as it's profitable, how it trades shouldn't matter to you (largely because you're not in control anyway).

And check this out. As soon as it reopens, it shoot right up. If we can get above 25212 tomorrow, we'll be off to the races.

What's more impressive is that it just took 1 day to shred apart the entire range where we spent the last 19 trading days.

You can definitely see from the chart that the red line held up (although very unnerving at the time). But once it went back above the green line, you know these friggin' whales jumped in and pumped this baby up as if there was no tomorrow.

Dude, there's no looking backing back now. She ain't coming back! :D Next resistance at 24729 then 25212, etc. But at this rate, we might break out above 25000 by tomorrow :)
