Here's the plan going forward. If we break out to the upside, we can see the next price targets (1, 2, 3) as follows. On the flipside, if we fall off the cliff, we could see a retest of 18400 (-1). There's usually a pullback before an instrument rockets higher. I would think BTC is no exception.

Not today, but likely tomorrow or Wednesday I reckon. BTW 4040 is the high for this week IMO.

It's interesting to see that BTC futures has already tagged 21500. It remains to be seen, but I believe we've already put in the HOD.

Okay, it's now trading little bit below 21250. There might be a quick bounce back up. In that case, 21400 would be a good short setup.
