I remember day trading this when it was just below $2. I didn't think they would go bankrupt. Made a nice $15k. I quit when it got to $4 and thought it was overbought. Had I just kept my money in it until now, I would have made a nice $3 million dollars. Damn :)

I don't trade in gold at all but maybe it's because the USD ISM Non-Manufacturing Composite was better than expected, and the USD Factory Orders were better than expected, which made the dollar rally, which caused gold to drop in value. Just a guess... If true though, be careful of FOMC...

I just don't get why people would elect a governor that has failed twice already. His "first term" didn't really count under the 2 term limit so now he gets 3. Time to move to either Texas, or Florida... which one do you guys think is better? :)

I get volume information when I'm connected to ninjatrader using GAIN's servers. I dont know if this is actual volume though. It does help me in my trading however.

I try to get the most accurate results when I test my strategies and I barley ever back test. I forward test all my strategies using Market Replay from Ninja Trader at 500 speed (it works pretty well). I want to get even more accurate. I was wondering if there is a way to "simulate"...

I wouldn't deal with TWS directly. I really don't like the software. I would download NinjaTrader and use them to paper trade through TWS. Much cleaner and simpler interface with tons more options.
