Hello, is it true that ibs market realtime data are delayed? Does this refers also to the order entry window with bid/ask prices? Does it make more sense to subscribe to sc realtime service? But this costs an additonal fee of 35 $ + 10.5$ for exchange fees (+33$ sc basic fee)

I`m using IB directly for my order entry and ask myself what is the advantage using third party platforms like SC, NT, Multicharts, Medved Trader, Motivwave. For charting i`m using TC2000. Can someone explain this to me? Thanks

I like TC2000 more. It‘s faster at opening charts and you can scroll through the entire market with one click.

You can try TC 2000 in which you can programm as much as you want.

Hello, i just started to use NinjaTrader 8 with my TOS-Account. But it have a huge gap in may chart, when using extented hours data. For example i opened a chart of GERN and see no datas for last friday 08.24.18. When using normal market hours my chart has no gaps or missing data. Is this a bug?

Hello, i tried to set up my layout in the classic view ob IB`s tws but noticed that i can`t add an order entry window. By clicking on the button "order" on the upper left corner nothing happened.

One question: Do you prefer an IOC-Order for day trading? The problem using limit orders only is when you don`t get filled immideately and the stock comes back your limit order ist still valid and you get filled. If you don´t want to get filled in a declining stock you must care of cancelling...

Hello, is there a software besides omnitrader in which trendlines, s/r zones, triangles and other pattens will be drawn automatically? I find it very helpfull to see trendline breaks, support and resistance zones and other pattern at once in the chart. Thanks
