Never tried DSP, but I can tell you that ESP doesn't work.

Just make sure you are paying attention at .436, .537 and .235 too, or any other random numbers you choose. They're just as likely to reverse there. The market will tell you which number is significant.

How do you know IB is giving up?

I emailed Datek to ask if they had completed the registration process in Canada, in the hope that this would mean IB had too. However, the canned response from their help desk didn't answer the question.
