    Real Estate boom of 2013

I was having this conversation w/ my fiance' yesterday. I was telling her that there's about to be a housing boom (bubble), BUT, there will be an even harder bust this time around since they're inflating the housing market without us fully recovering from the 08 meltdown. Her father had been...

OR...they even blame the successful person for their bad...

Maria Bartiromo is such a rude A - hole

If the poor and middle class are gonna use the vast majority of government services (entitlements, stimulus, etc), then why shouldn't they foot the bill? So I agree with her on that point.

Would the Fed prefer we go off the cliff or not?

Its too uncertain to do anything anyways. A lot of people I've spoken to recently are talking about holding cash going into next year. A few have talked about shorting equities, but I don't know about all that as things are too uncertain and anything can happen.

College is a waste of money

In my opinion, that's exactly why a lot of non-college grads start businesses. Great job of pointing that out.

    TA and the Federal Reserve

Now things are about to get interesting in this section. If TA was pure junk science, I doubt the nation's central bank (who emloys some of the sharpest minds) would be using it.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Strong.

Great article. Basically proving that Fed intervention has been wrecking markets almost since its inception.
