    Which way? Metals

Oil at $55.45, Silver $27.10, Nat Gas $2.80. These are big levels that seem to have been ignored by a lot of traders as they get distracted chasing IT performance or trying to guess tops in indexes if that's their thing. Gold is range bound and somewhat constrained when broader markets are doing...

    Which way? Gold.

It makes sense from a cyclical bull in commodities that often occurs in economic recoveries. 2009-2011 could repeat if Covid gets under control as expected this year. An even more reliable area is the miners; bull cycles in mining stocks are quite predictable if you ride out the choppiness. I...

    Silver/SLV

Silver was never a Reddit event or a short squeeze. That whole angle is being overpromoted. $27 is quite a healthy level for Silver; not far off the key break out level of $30 but comfortably above previous support at $24. Miners are the play not the metal price. I'd note that in the last 30...

2/3 Today's Watchlist: APHA CGC MJ SLS TLRY VXRT

From a commodities view, my focus today is on Oil related strength ( underplayed in stock prices yesterday ) and any impact of the US inventory report at 10:30 am. And the possibility of Silver stocks retracing some lost ground as Silver prices solidify around $27. Gold miners may be an intraday...

Who else thinks a Correction or CRASH may be coming? My top call #2 1/9/2021

You may have noted the recent pattern in silver miners held up again today. Had a highly profitable day today hopefully the adjustments I made late day end up being good.

Who else thinks a Correction or CRASH may be coming? My top call #2 1/9/2021

The best plays on silver lately have been the more active stocks after they sell off somewhat during the day. My favorites are MAG, EDR, FVI ( all have US equivalents ). FR ( AG in US ) has been the trader favorite but on a fundamental basis I never liked it. It's popped the most premarket moves...

Who else thinks a Correction or CRASH may be coming? My top call #2 1/9/2021

Silver up 10% ( related stocks up anywhere from 18-30% premarket ), Nat Gas still up 7%, Gold and Oil up moderately which is a nice reversal from Friday afternoon ( Gold stocks up 9% premarket ). Indexes up a pedestrian 1%. This is my point, most of the good opportunities right now are long...

Gotta love ZERO RISK in the SP500 = $$$

As forecast, S2007S has missed a call again on stock markets. Friday there was a lot of end of month selling in the afternoon but nothing earth changing. A small bounce this morning was not unexpected.

Who else thinks a Correction or CRASH may be coming? My top call #2 1/9/2021

Not if your focus is commodities. Instant 6% moves in Silver and Nat Gas can translate into oversized moves in the stocks if it holds. My take for months has been there wasn't much to be had in broader indexes couldn't justify the risk/reward without a clear catalyst. I prefer sector or...

Who else thinks a Correction or CRASH may be coming? My top call #2 1/9/2021

It's a mixed market; Silver and Nat Gas super strong tonight.

    D.C. Rally

You're a moron with no ability to understand mathematics. Several recounts occurred confirming the results. It's amazing how stupid some of you are, and you still persist in highlighting that stupidity.

Melvin Capital sells out of GameStop

I have no position in Gamestop nor do I want one. I did however make quite a bit of money on my Silver miners and cashed out two of my positions Friday on the open. One of those sales was a nice gain on a less then one day hold ( Mag Silver which I posted I bought on this site ).

Given your track record that's as good a long signal as we'll ever get :).

    the top is in

Citron clearly stated there are more opportunities trying to find multi-bagger longs then shorting stocks. I've felt the same way since March. Even at these lofty levels for some sectors, there are good multi-bagger opportunities in unloved sectors like energy and I'm sure the healthcare...

Melvin Capital sells out of GameStop

Because that's not how risk management works. Why should anyone give them billions more so they can make some crazy one way bet on some obscure stock ? That would be like people lending you money to play one of your ridiculous triple short etf ideas. Yes, we know you think every losing trade no...

Melvin Capital sells out of GameStop

Obviously management at Melvin Capital are complete idiots. It's a valid question if operators like that should be allowed to remain in business. Obviously without huge infusions of cash they would be out of business.

SEC needs to shut down WSB and indict the instigators

The whole industry ( hedge funds ) is rife with idiots these days. The idiots should die a natural death not get bailed out. The risks in play were public knowledge. It's the bail outs that distort the markets creating these risk takers who refuse to acknowledge down side risk of their actions...

SEC needs to shut down WSB and indict the instigators

OP is very likely a "clueless millennial" if you look at his posts; the inexperience with market dynamics is obvious. The whole concept of his is complete bs. The short sellers were "manipulating" stock prices themselves and it was open to attack. Now people are paying attention to new...

AAPL is going down to $35-40 range

This thread is hilarious; AAPL was at $25 ( taking into account splits ) and now it's $131. Or we could go back to 2003 and find a similar thread.
