September last year - an outside month: Maybe a drop to 4435 this month. Maybe. Outside month? Not so sure about that.

Odds favour a close above 30 on the day. Range bound session. EDIT: Assuming the LOD holds of course. A new LOD would probably sell lower.

RTH ATH @34.50 here. Popped 1 tick above. ETH ATH @ 42.25. Let's see now... :)

There's old traders. And there's bold traders. There are few old, bold traders. A quote I remember. Wonder if it was Ed Seykota. Funny guy.

That's what invariably happens on a long enough time scale... :) Long only or averaging down on falling prices can work very well as long as you don't compound or take on too much risk. But if you take on too much size - it's enough with one bad loss to wipe out all prior profits and even your...

    ES Journal - 2021/2022

One of these days the high will actually be the high. I have no idea when that'll be, though. If seasonality matters at all in this climate - September is statistically the weakest month in the market.

50 % dip buyers showed up both on NQ/ES.

Dropped 130 points going into 19th of August. With the leverage I'm using - I'd be toast through such a drop.

Some volatility. Will probably stop out below 20 and rather re-enter. 1st trading day of September is generally not that bullish. More of a mixed picture. NQ ripping is helping today.

Small stops add up. On average, my execution isn't good enough to use them, so I prefer to have some breathing room if I'm trading minimum size and have a good grasp of the day ahead. The exception is if I size up. Have to respect your stops then.

NQ ripping, so, still a bag holder and even added a few as support on 25 held. :) Not too excited about the upside today. Just trying to get out of a bad trade. Maybe 40. Maybe.

Drop to 20 or lower from here if ~ 30 doesn't hold. Need a strong pop or consolidation on the Open. I'm a bag holder long from 34,50. Will scratch it for a loss around 26/27.

30 + for today is my bet, but obviously need to clear 20 and then 25 for that to happen. Not uncommon with a little dip on the last day of the month, so wise to be cautious. :)

Looks like Dr. Burry is right, again

I may even agree with Burry, but ultimately the market is right. If I remember correctly, he would not have lasted much longer before the market crashed in 07/08. He was literally bleeding money before finally cashing in. There's no use in being right if your timing is wrong. Over 500 S&P...

You seem to be doing very well lately, but, some of your comments and thoughts seems to indicate that there may be a fair bit of gambling going on. Luck goes both ways. Just as you can gamble and have bad luck, you can gamble and have good luck, too. It would suck if you put yourself in a...

Seems like he's been plenty wrong, too, lately.
