Dip buyers showed up once again - creating another large tail of out that 4100 area.

FWIW, I don't have a strong bias either way. There's a lot of tails coming out of that 4100 level indicating demand down there. Maybe that's as much as we'll pull back this week.

Weak European Open. We'll most likely print either 4K or 4230 this week. Place your bets... :) For now, a new pullback to 4100 seems in play.

60-minute indicates lower here, IMO. But we're coming into a range low, so I don't want to short either. Tricky (for me at least). These kind of range bound days are my achilles heel. If I didn't get greedy on that prior long it would have been a good day, though. But when the market starts...

Stuck in this range for now and getting sold on each attempted thrust higher. I was thinking we'd break higher, but down looks equally probable right now.

Could you elaborate? One answer could be that it doesn't. And that you forget or don't see all the times or occurrences where it doesn't line up perfectly.

Moving as expected on a range bound day. I got greedy. If we drop much below 20 now I will start thinking a new HOD is not on the table for day. However, as long as this zone holds, I would assume a new HOD on a new push higher.

Might have messed up there not taking profits. Ultimately, I think we'll see a push above the current HOD by the Close, but might stop me out first. If so, will look to re-enter. Will start trailing aggressively on (if) the next push higher.

Added one at 28,50. Average is 25.75. I won't post the rest, but will probably stop out B/E and rather re-enter. Adding is best done when there's momentum in the market. I generally don't like posting trades because I like to stay flexible and will often B/E my entries and go in/out a lot.

Add a unit on next thrust higher after this PB is complete.

Low end of the range held for now. Run it a bit lower to trap some eager shorts... :) May add a unit at 27 or 28. Not out of the woods quite yet, though. Still in a range here.

Or will we see a repeat of last Monday where "nobody" realized it was a down day before the market closed...? :) I'm long from 23, but will not give it much wiggle room. Maybe 16-17. Targeting a move to 34 - 40. Maybe 4150 if momentum picks up. Probably back to 4100 if we drop from here...

Yeah. Like I said yesterday, though. Even if you can withdraw twice per month your "money" is still locked down for 4 months. Depending on how much profits you generated of course.

As long as ~ 20/25 holds here, I think we'll see a move back inside Friday's range. Maybe even the full gapfill at 4147,75. Not sure if it's the day to be greedy on the long side, though.

Curious. How many of those data points had the FED juicing the markets in a zero rate market? I'm not overly bearish or anything. Just think it's something to keep in mind.

Well, I believe in specialization. What works in one market may not work in another. So, are you trading a specific market or do you dabble in multiple markets? My niche is e-mini S&P 500 which as far as I can tell moves differently than for example NQ. The difference may be subtle, but still...
