    I can see where it's a good business model but I can also see some merit to holding a developing trader accountable to standards that he or she might not be able to uphold without the constraints of the program. Also most good traders were once bad traders.

    I track all signals and then compare them with trades taken from my execution report. On all defined signals, taken or not, I track the number of the days trade 1-2-3 etc and L or S, next column price, then time of entry, next type of trade, next MFE, next, MAE and finally number of ticks gained...

    not suicidal but puny range and volume...just not much meat on the bone currently. Of course different people have different definitions of "scalp", if referring to a few ticks then winning percentage has to be very high.

    Running downhill is counter intuitive as you need to lean forward to go fast and that is uncomfortable to most people.

    I've always loved running hills but yeah, it's the downhills which create a lot of bio-mechanical stress.

    Depends on shoes also, football and soccer use highly structured shoes while running shoes, even control heavy are more flexible and can be less stable.

    If you pronate, the roll will be greater on grass.

    Grass is soft so easy on footfall but uneven. For sprints, I would use a soft asphalt or composite surface for hard intervals.
