Overnight doesn't carry much weight these days. Once the RTH opens, it could completely reverse. We've seen that happening all throughout the past 2 weeks.

I wouldn't go that far, but I definitely hate the background music for their videos. Sounds like a game music and that's what they seem to make it look like.

It all depends on what type of trader you are (eg. scalper, day trader, swing trader, etc) and what instrument you trade (eg. stocks, options, bonds, futures, crypto, forex) as well as what you base your trading decision on (eg. chart, DOM, Level2, etc).
