That 28,600 you see below coincides with a major support, now resistance. This support is actually more notable than the one at 25K, so it would be harder to break according to the textbook definition. But we're in a strange time. So we'll have to see how it unfolds over the next few sessions...

I think we'll see more severe chops in the 2nd quarter than the 1st. Usually summer months are slow in a bull market but not so in a bear market. So if you dislike chops, you'll really love the next 3 months. :) I figure it'll be 4200 since that's the top of the chop range.

Belated update. My buy stop was triggered and I am long from just above 27,100. I really should have reversed my trade once it went over 25K but then again it was a calculated risk, so not complaining. It's not that I'm merely blind to FA, I don't follow it, period. :) To me, it's all baked in...

Well, if that happens, you know I'll be right there with you. :) Right now, BTC is trading at 25,740. But if we close the day below 25K again, then I'm gonna go all out short.

Well, that's exactly my point. We broke above that level 5 times during intraday, only to close below it. I would like to see BTC close above that level before committing myself to long. Also it's worth noting that there's a major resistance between 28,500 and 29,000.

I would first like to see the daily chart close above 25K. If that happens, I will flip long when it retests 25,300. Otherwise, I have a resting buy stop at just north of 27K.
