Sure the OP is a troll but as someone who has started trading the NQ this year after years of ES, I would like to see a discussion of size/liquidity constraints for day trades.

Is it the meat or the hormones that mess with your endocrine system, antibiotics that compromise your immune system or the genetically modified corn products rather than natural grasses that they feed them with?

There are plenty of large individual traders but 200 NQ is beyond my league so I don't know the OP's answer. For day trading, I would guess slippage would be material....not so much for swings.

This week so far, the NQ has been compressed with a thin trade (at least during regular market hours, not overnight Globex). Last week it was like winning the lottery. All markets fluctuate and some times are better than others. I would stay away from the CL until you are consistently profitable...
