    Selling November KO put options

After looking at it more, I should buy the call. Not sell the put. Is my current thinking correct? That as the price of the stock rises, the value of the put option will decrease. Therefore, my only way to offset my sale of the put is to buy the put (which will have lost value if my prediction...

    Selling November KO put options

Aside from the foolish oil futures trade where I held over the weekend... I'm up about $11,000 in the past week.

    Selling November KO put options

I'm not betting that the stock will be $45. If that's what happens, then my prediction was wrong. I'm thinking it will be more like $55 by then. In any event, I believe it's a relatively safe bet that it will be higher than it is today in November.

    Selling November KO put options

No I wouldn't be okay at $45. I thought it was a safe bet that it would be above present levels by November. I chose to sell put instead of buy call for the premium advantage, but that's not the main reason for the prediction. That's just an added bonus. The main reason is because I think the...

What do you think? I believe KO (Coca-Cola) is a great example of a company who's stock has been hit hard by the corona crisis without any actual damage to the company long-term. Things should be back to normal by November.

But don't many instruments move in tandem with the larger economy? You're never gonna see the Dow drop 10% and the Nasdaq do nothing.

Is that because it's less volatile? I did some reading about contango. But how would that affect me in this case?

    Crude Oil

It wasn't very well thought out. I wouldn't want to have to hold it at $17 just hoping it will go back up to $45.

I read that if today's meeting didn't go as well as hoped, that's exactly what could happen. That's why I sold. @Overnight

    I sold my 2 CLV20 at 36.12 for a profit of $5,640. I wish I wouldn't have panicked and sold the 7 CLV20. I lost over $16,000 instead of profiting $14,910!!!

Mark this... Market will go to all time high by the end April

Check this out. The CLV20 is actually higher. I bought at average of 33.3. They put 34.01 because they're using an offset from a previous purchase.
