If I were interested in doing this I would have started my own journal. :p But seriously, since my method is objective, sharing a setup would require explaining the specific rules which could then be taken by someone else, programmed and implemented. This runs counter to what I'd like to do...

No no, I've never been to a surf fest. I live in NYC too so anywhere you'd have this event, I could go another time with friends or my wife. So I'm not missing out on anything.

I don't see the benefit for me

I actually heard that a couple Hershey followers showed up and taught the method to a couple others at surf fest and they are now trading successfully. So....you never know what can happen I guess :D

Well, I'm just saying be wary. The financial industry is full of opportunists. One has to be careful is all. Perhaps I went overboard by saying "walk away". But one certainly ought to be careful of the leeches that are abound :)

Hi Glen, be wary when attending such events as some participants are merely looking for others' successful trading methods which they can use for their own benefit. If anyone approaches you with their quants in tow, turn and walk away :)

I recall reading Xpurt making calls on your stocks PRIOR to what ended up occurring. I'm not sure how you can deny that, just go back and read his posts and then see where price was when he made his calls. His calls were all clearly made in advance of the moves.
