Huh? You have no proof of this. You're just reaching at this point.

Please don't get him started on this again, I don't have enough cheese in my house to handle all the whine :) Seriously though, he is upset that a mod is posting as a regular user in forums in which he doesn't moderate. Surf believes that mods should have less rights than normal users. I...

Nope, he is still a mod, probably just didn't feel like posting in the last few hours... http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=44899

Maybe a rogue mod did it :p :D

It takes almost NO TIME to go to a forum and see WHO is that forums moderator. Then you'll KNOW who is or isn't and, therefore, removes the "perceived power" issue. It's a simple concept, not sure why you are struggling so much with it. Many other users "get it".

It's unfair of you to ask that a mod not be allowed the same posting privileges as you or anyone else OUTSIDE of their moderating forums. If they are doing their job within their forums and then enjoying the rest of ET as everyone else, I see no harm.

Your logic is faulty; a moderator participating outside their designated moderating forum is no longer a "cop". They don't have the powers to do anything that you can't also do (if I'm wrong, then I'll retract). Their "badge" is meaningless and they are your "peer" in those forums and...

You'll have to provide links as evidence, otherwise this claim is suspect at best.

Why are moderators posting so much?

I completely disagree, him having powers to delete makes ALL the difference. Otherwise, we are the same.

"Valuable content" is questionable and subjective and the moderator in questions does provide value as he moderates his forums. You may not see that, you only see that he gives you a hard time (for which you are the provocateur). Enjoy your time away from ET and good luck with your trading.

Why are moderators posting so much?

This is not his forum to moderate, therefore I see no problem with his response towards you. Remember, you called him a clown first on this thread! http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=262101&perpage=6&pagenumber=5

Why are moderators posting so much?

If this were "one site and one jurisdiction", why are the forums broken down by different moderators? I don't think moderators should lose their right to post like others, considering it's an unpaid position. Otherwise you're essentially telling mods that they no longer can participate as...

Why are moderators posting so much?

As long as a mod isn't altering posts but rather is just engaging in the same kind of banter as others, I see no problem. As long as he isn't posting this way in the forums he is entrusted to moderate. The rest of the forums should be fair game to him. Just like a NY cop can't go to LA and...

Why are moderators posting so much?

Maybe you can tone down your rhetoric on such topics as TA? I'm sure if you did so, the mod would back off. Actually, I believe he said that on your thread. Life is about compromise.

You have a serious attitude bro. How can you not have enough information to re-work your method? I don't understand, you can't analyze ALL of your past trades and figure anything out? Seriously, this is a bullshit response by you. Honestly, I don't believe your 90% figure either. I think you...

    I`m a supa-pupa trader

You seem to be unwilling to go back and completely re-work your method. You are lazy and that will kill you. I started building my system knowing that I didn't want unlimited exposure if a trade didn't work out. Then, I used MTF analysis to pinpoint what triggered my entries and then realized...
