No if I was a Millennial I wouldn't know any better.

    2 spaces after...

I believe the site is coded in php and there is a trim( command that you can set it to format whitespace however you like. There is probably a vbulletin setting. Founder? cool. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7690355/how-do-i-put-two-spaces-after-every-period-in-our-html

Gotta love ZERO RISK in the SP500 = $$$

Did you not look at the chart? AND the explanation? I literally just proved exactly what you are trying to refute, and what you are trying to claim at the same time. Data shows that election years are inherently bullish. Price is going up because of 1. Technically chart is forecasting a bullish...

    2 spaces after...

There are supposed to be 2 spaces after a period and 1 space after a comma. The forum is trimming the 2 spaces after a period, down to 1 space and it makes for a cluttered read. Please fix.

Gotta love ZERO RISK in the SP500 = $$$

Well according to C&H rules, this is the expected move until around November. I think I have it right...the height of the cup added to the break out point of the candle. Hmmm...what a coincidence that's when the elections take place? Once again the news aligns with the chart since it is well...

    Oops

Ok so I have been selling atm puts CLSK...got assigned at 20.5, and price has gone totally against me, and I'm still up $ because of the premium. Currently I am holding 300 shares at an average price of $14.98, selling a MAR15 $18 call for .50, not including the MAR15 16 put I just double dipped...

I was the one who traded the 100 lots LOL. That's why we're talking about it. Anyway you think my OP is the only trade I make? I'm focusing more on income right now.

Think he was just saying that if somebody bought 780 million then somebody had to sell 780 million but the 780 million sold was probably spread out over multiple sellers obviously.

I told you guys...closing positions for a loss is for fools.

I call it falling backwards into profits I call it :) The stock was about $5. I averaged down as the price dropped until I had about 15k shares. My rationale was that the company would rebound and return to its highs someday. A couple weeks later I woke up to a 70k profit because of a hostile...

Where exactly do earnings get reported?

It's such a racket. The most volatile price action event is held 4 times a year with retail out of the game. Earnings should be released during market hours. They shouldn't halt the market either. Just let er rip while the market is running. Sure, you can play options but it's all priced in...

I told you guys...closing positions for a loss is for fools.

First 0 dte trade I took was 100 long. I was up 8k in 5 minutes trying to sell but the sell order was throwing errors. I don't even know if I was entering it wrong or what the problem was...I ended up wasting time having to call in. (I was new to the platform) I ended up closing for a 5k...

I told you guys...closing positions for a loss is for fools.

The difference with stocks is you don't have a time limit forcing you to take a loss. With options closer to expiry the delta can be obliterated overnight making your position worthless, even if its just a temporary downturn. So you might be out 8k over night on a dip that barely moves the...

I told you guys...closing positions for a loss is for fools.

That's why I take these reddit posts with a grain of salt...if I were to put 800 contracts on a long option I could almost guarantee that price would liquidate my position...the candle would be the equivalent to a rogue wave in the ocean taking out a ship.

Well stops would limit me to day trading...they are useless overnight or weekends for stock options.
