How? I haven't even looked at SPY in ages and in a few minutes I have an idea where price is going, where I would enter, where I would take profits, and where I would load up. This is with the bare minimum of EW.

It's nothing. You can't apply it to anything real time.

Lets see an example of your charts...I will fix for you. Let me guess support and resistance, channels? Order blocks? ? This was an example of a higher degree on the daily chart. If you want to get more specific and start validating then go down a degrees or two and start charting the hourly...

The Renaissance Technologies model has been resolved.

I haven't been following SPY so just ran it through some EW software I subscribe to. The 3rd wave can end at 100% but not uncommon for it to extend to 161.8% or beyond. Looking at the length of wave 1, I'd be surprised it wave 3 ended here, although the only rule is wave 3 can't be the shortest...

Stage analysis is a crude replacement. It is incomplete analysis. The waves are not that organized as there are different degree cycles at play. Currently we are in a triangle so it could still leg up before we head down in a single or double correction to around 48k early 2025, This would align...

When you are getting into entries, C it statistically below A, but can be even or above. (Extended, flat, running) I won't take a trade unless we are on an extended C. Anyway, what we are talking about is that back when bitcoin was trading at 16k you could predict how high the rally would be...

It's entirely predictive. Moreso than any other method available. The fibonacci ext level is not an assumption, its a pre-determined level that must be realized. I've proven this with the lows in NOV, and the highs in JAN that were measurable a year prior simply with fib levels.

I just showed you that EW is not flipping a coin. Here I'll do you a solid. Run the fib extension tool from the swing low to the swing high, there are actually two so you can get some confluence. Now YOU can forecast the next 2 price targets and even the time frame. No charting required...

The Renaissance Technologies model has been resolved.

It's not hindsight lol...it's foresight. Fib levels don't change based on the chart. It's same reason how I knew Bitcoin would rally to 60k plus early 2024 back in Nov. You can check my posts. Here! Proof that I did the same thing during the lows. Semperfrosty knew where it was going. :)

The Renaissance Technologies model has been resolved.

I posted you a real life example that shows EW fib predicting the drop to 16k over a year prior back when price had just reached ATH's. AND don't try to say this is hindsight because the fibonacci levels were measurable back in Nov2021...it required no charting. Go ahead and use the same tool...

Yes they are acting all smarmy, but I think they are throwing everyone a red herring, because they may have started out with a math based methodology, but in the end they just settled on simple pattern recognition combined with low fees and high frequency. Basically find a pattern, and then...

What Matters More: Entry or Exit?

You all know what I think. A good entry usually requires 2 or 3 good entries while you are averaging down. The exit just depends on what year Lambo you want to get. :) So definitely entry more important than exit. I always say with stocks or real estate you make your money when you buy not...

TD active trader is an improved TOS

Not sure what kind of charting you could ever do on TOS. At least now we have tradingview style charts which are the best. I only ever have one chart open per monitor, split screen with the active trader or Ladder as its called now. With a 4 monitor system its plenty of room. I mean what's the...
