    Options contracts exceed the account?

If this is an important issue for you don't you think it would be best to call or message your broker for an up to date process? Whatever current IB clients believe to be true, IB has shown a pattern of changing their process without warning.

What does "We Have Acted as Agent" mean?

No. That is 2am ET on a holiday and markets are closed. Not sure exactly what you expect them to do for you at that time. We are not a bank. Support is available from about midnight to 8pm each working day NY time. I respond to emails 7 days a week while I'm awake for my clients-when I can. I'm...

What does "We Have Acted as Agent" mean?

Act as Agent = They executed the order on your behalf with another party. Act as Principal (MM) = They executed the order internally with your broker as the counter party, Only took me 4 min to respond and you are not my client.

Fastest Execution Broker with Hotkey functionality?

I have to disagree. Our hotkeys are very fast and so are our executions without automation. I have manual clients that trade 2mm to 3mm shares a month. The issue is the size of his account with us. We require >$25,000.

    stop loss

Stop orders in options are very dangerous. Stop orders in spreads are worse. SPX markets are wide, so if your broker does accept a stop order, it can be triggered from wide markets. IMO, a $200 stop loss in SPX is too tight. If you can't handle a $200 loss from a single spread, I suggest SPX...

Fastest Execution Broker with Hotkey functionality?

You will benefit from per trade pricing, which we have, but yes all our professional software require $25,000 or more. Our WebTrader requires $10,000 but does not have hot keys. Maybe for now you would be better with our WebTrader at $4.50/Trade, max order size of 10,000 shares and trade...

    Early assignment

I'm not sure how any future dividends would apply today. If you keep the options because that is where there is more value, you have the same choice before the next dividend. It is implied that to keep your risk the same, that you will purchase the stock if your exercise.

Since the value of the Put on the same strike + the cost of carry for the stock is much less than a Dividend, that call would benefit the owner to exercise early.

    Order Routing

I do not think that is correct. https://markets.cboe.com/us/equities/membership/fee_schedule/byx/ The $0.0030 is a fee for re-routing to an exchange with liquidity.
