Being both long and short at same time

There is no reason to ever be long/short a future in two accounts on purpose, as a strategy.

    My IRA performance for 2019

We do not have Universal accounts. Even if we did, and we hope to before year end, futures accounts even when they appear to be one account with your equity account must be keep separate by NFA/CFTC rules in a seg account and based on a different rule set. Sorry for the long response. Futures...

    My IRA performance for 2019

We offer Futures IRA accounts with the same margin as a regular futures account but you must use a self directed IRA company like Mindaland IRA. https://www.midlandira.com/ I would be reluctant to offer excess leverage for day trading for a Futures IRA.

Is SL order required for an Emini Fut contract for which I have a Put purchased ?

Essential. Maybe. If the Put is OTM, you still need to decide the most you are willing to lose on any one trade. The answer is very subjective. I would prefer to buy a call, vs Future + Put, as the net is the same, but there is only one commissions and a positions that is easier to manage. Your...

    MOO/MOC /Trade Imbalance Data question

Not on LS Trader unless Market Data is active to the API-which would subject you to non-display fees. Realtick-yes. I have a automated client testing that today. Works fine, How many symbols do you need to stream vs query ?

T3 short routing to NSDQ down for over-a-week ...

Good question as all my Sterling users can sell short. Maybe it was a clearing broker issue with the ETB list check.

I do not really understand the question as you have asked it, so I'll let others try.

Is SL order required for an Emini Fut contract for which I have a Put purchased ?

If SL is sell long, the tagging of the hedge has nothing to do with your option position. And, most future’s platforms don’t require you to tag a future’s order as long or short as their is no borrow. That said, you need to ask your broker about that part.

How to avoid stock trade settlement violations when scalp trading?

Cash account, you get to day trade the morning balance once, as you can't recycle your buying power. Margin accounts allow for leverage and recycling of buying power. The 2X for 4X is the leverage limit for DT but you can within that limit, buy and sell as much as you want.

    Position Sizing For Options

1 year? I can tell you no one has that type of restraint if they are consistently profitable and there is no reason why they can't slowing increase their size if the risk meet their profile. SLOWLY.
