Not a BTC player myself, but I would have thought the volume to be greater. That's <$100 Mil/day. Is that because it's "cumbersome" to trade? Might a fund be more accommodative to trading? Most of the funds want to limit your trades to 4x/year.... and like to penalize trades held <90 days...

You might have to shrink your time frame. In the ~100 years since the creation of the Fed, the $USD has already lost 95-99% of its buying power... and that's without the current shenanigans. We've already had a 100:1 devaluation over time and survived. I'm not sure we can survive the next 100:1.

The powers keep telling us inflation is much lower than it actually is... and use that excuse to do more and more deficit spending/printing. $USD being the reserve currency, the destruction will be slower.... but with continuation/acceleration of our current policies, we will see it.

Recalling from memory.... In Turkey, 1982-2005, their stock market ran up > 2 MILLION PERCENT. But when the currency "revaluation" came, even those who'd been onboard for the entire ride lost 98% of their buying power! (At the end, a cup of coffee cost 3,000,000 Lira!) That our stock market...

Wouldn't have to be all that large. 1% of the handle is only like $15k. I've always suggested to limit one's play to 0.5% of the handle, max. Even at that one would be 1/200 of the world market. A 0.1% spread cost isn't all that much for such a play. No complaints about TMFC's performance.
