BlockFi Credit Card Offers 3.5% in Bitcoin Back for Purchases

Increases in value every year. When I look at a chart it was in the 60 range March of last year. At least I can tell you to the dollar how much my Costco cashback card will buy me.

    Price Pays….but….

Couple things; I primarily invest in Canada.(Home country bias). When TSLA was breaking out to a new high I may have been fully invested elsewhere.

    Price Pays….but….

Ya it's tough. I don't own any crypto, I've never owned TSLA, don't have any FANG stocks. I doubt I'll ever have a year when I make 100%. On the bright side if you never amount to anything, you'll never be a has been. :)

    Price Pays….but….

Not sure where your 65% is, mine is in cash, and I'm sitting watching the market slowly trend lower and not losing a cent. Why would you be nervous.

    Crypto Troubles

Right now Oil and Materials. Who knows tomorrow, it will depend on what is moving, might even be bitcoin. I don't have a crystal ball and like to control my risk. I'm flexible and willing to play anything. Right now bitcoin is still in a down trend. Although it has stopped making lower lows, it...

    Crypto Troubles

Isn't that the "Greater Fool Theory"? I can actually see it's value as a "store of value". If you're Russian or Ukrainian even more so. It's the uncertainty of something virtual, that I can't get my hands on that has me concerned. I get nervous buying something today at 40K that could be worth...

Realized or unrealized? Now you can lose if the price drops and continues to drop. As far as I can see at one time BTC was worth 67K and is now 40ish. Don't you consider that a loss?

They say teaching is the best way to master your craft

How would you define a good trader? How would you define a good teacher? It seems to me you may have succeeded as a trader but failed as a teacher. I'm just giving you a hard time. Hopefully the smiley faces conveyed that. I can appreciate the difficulty those who attemtp to teach trading run up...

    Trading Plan

FOMO?? It's one of the toughest emotions to overcome. I don't disagree with addding ETFs once your strategy has proven itself, but it seems like you don't have a strategy you trust, yet you are worried you might miss some opportunities.
