Sounds like you're clearing ALL the data...If you're using 10 days of intra-day data, clear 5, then 4, and you'll be left with today's data. (Tomorrow, do the same, except 3, etc. etc.) (I use 20 days, so I had to clear 5, 5, 5, 4). Also, not seeing the other problems you're having, though...
