    Sounds like a great deal as long as they have a good reputation and you have the expectation of being paid. I'm not sure how they get no clearing/execution costs unless they are self clearing with their own routes.

    I do not know our overnight rate, but right now our clients can get a locate from a third party for $0.55/share. Expensive but you can sell short.

    The words level 2 and depth of market confuse all of us. L2 and depth of market for all option provide one level more than top of book which is level 1. L2 or depth of market on one exchange, would provide the details you want. OPRA does not offer that. CBOE might for members.
