We offer, as stated in your other thread, futures with a self directed IRA company at Wedbush Futures. We do not allow excessive naked option selling and options need to be approved by our risk guys. We offer CQG QTrader and Desktop for those that trade Options on Futures.

I use Midland IRA for myself and have referred many over to them for both hedge fund allocations and futures accounts. I have had no problems with them. They work very quickly and always responsive. We introduce Futures accounts to Wedbush Futures that has a number of our IRA future's accounts.

OK, demo, not real trading, Stop orders with spreads are worse. NO market order with spreads. Work your orders, and loss is limited so no reason to have stops.

I can't decide that for you. IMO, for targets, I would enter limit orders away from the market with my target. If I need to exit when it goes against me, I would work out of the position manually with limit orders looking for best price.

It is better to manually enter orders to exit vs a stop order.

1-you should not use stop order in option, IMO, to dangerous. 2-SPX markets are wider than most. 3-It is likely that your stop order in SPX is being handled by a broker in the crowd that is going to trade with his friend on the bid or offer.

To my knowledge, you can roll. You can liquidate and pay the tax or take out the required amount each year as required.

One more. I just spoke to the CBOE Silexx team and they told me order staging with the API will be in the next version of Silexx to come out later this quarter.
