Skippy you need to understand financial statements. Your analysis is worthless without revenue consideration. My commission expenses run in the neighborhood of 7-12% of gross revenue. What (legal) business operates with it's only material overhead in that range?

"Gut feel" is instincts which come from experience from which (hopefully) we learn from our mistakes. But yeah, when you've watched price development for years, you have a pretty good idea what happens next. But it's a good idea to build those feelings into your trade plan rather than sit there...
