I have to express my frustration here. Consider the following charts. One on the left is ETH and the right is RTH. The ETH trendlines work pretty nicely, but on a day like today, not even close, whereas RTH lined up with the low perfectly.

Letting the dust settle down first before jumping in is not a bad idea. You won't miss anything either, as you can see from the wide gyrations that came after the CPI.

We can say whatever we want amongst ourselves, but it's kinda pointless. I mean, NOBODY knows for sure (legally) what the CPI will be until it comes out. Even then, it ain't the number but how the market reacts to it. It could come in way below the analyst estimate but the market could ignore...

That's too vague. Gimme a target. Since everyone was crying river about credibility last night, I think it's only fair you (as well as me and everyone else) back up the claim with a price target. Just saying it'll go up or down is, again, too damn vague.

ES, for the most part, hardly ever moves after the NYSE closes, but as you can see they still wanted to push her up even higher. This tells me tomorrow's CPI is a foregone conclusion. We're going up tomorrow.

We might drop down to 3973, but no more than that IMO. That's about 15 point drop from where we're trading now. So ya better adjust your stop. :)
