This isn't Minority Report. Just because YOU believe he is a stealth vendor, does not automatically make him one. If you catch him in the act of actual vending, then that's different. But all he is doing here is discussing trading, agreeing/disagreeing with others opinions and the like. To ask...

Dude, quit whining. You have a baby coming into this world and the last thing it needs is a baby for a father. Cornix is polite and wants to discuss trading and all you want to do is be combative with him. Lighten up already.

I, and other readers, understand what you mean. Certain "other" people just want to create drama and twist words around.

Exactly. This is why we have prefaced it by saying "daytrader" and not any trader or investor.

For an active and established daytrader, yes 20% is a poor return.

No problem Cornix. As a reader here, I feel you add a lot of value and support your continued participation here.

In your eyes perhaps, but you can only speak about it from your perspective. I find Cornix to add great value here; in fact if it weren't for him and others like him I would probably not read this thread very much.

I thoroughly enjoy all of Cornix's posts and encourage him to continue posting here as he always tries to further relevant discussions on trading. REMEMBER Surf, you claimed to not know everything and therefore you need people like Cornix who provides a fresh and honest perspective.

You first have to define "very limited risk" for me so that I can give you a better answer

Blind? Not really, been day trading fulltime since 1998. When you find your groove/niche you can compound faster than you probably realize. I trade for fairly small tgts and with more frequency. You'd be surprised how all those singles and doubles add up.

For a good, active daytrader, yes 20% is a poor annual return.

With such a poor track record for calls, why should anyone "mark" your words? IF you are right, then it can just as easily be chalked up to a lucky call. If you are wrong, then it will just appear as yet another poor call. Just focus on your actual trading (and also exercising) :)

Of course not. But Surf constantly "gives in" to his weaknesses, so it's not surprising that he cannot resist making a bold proclamation.

Good to hear. It's important that you start slow and then work up to more activities as your strength and endurance improve. Keep up the good work, it will pay off. A buddy of mine lost 40 lbs (from 205 down to 165) since October by just jogging a few miles everyday and eating a little less...

It can do both, just depends on how you've structured your method.
