Range daytrading is the BEST, many more up and down moves to catch. The days may end flat but inside that day may be 5 or so nice legs up and down.

Yes..it DOES matter PS Your handle is misspelled. It should be Stock_Trader not Stock_Trad3r. A "3" is a number and "E" is a letter, smartypants.

But you've made it clear you are not a daytrader, but a buy and hold guy. So you shouldnt be dolling out intraday trading advice as you are NOT a daytrader.

I trade on very fast time frames and find volume critical. But that's just my approach and what it needs.

Price + Volume + Experience is a great recipe for success. But to each his own.
