actually i do not remember if those retests happened before or after i entered ..... i entered because the down move was in a channel and it did not seem finished....also it was at a support level and it was hanging about there, waiting for traders to buy...also there was no counter trend...

made 3473 usd so far....the deposit is the discount [ rebate ] in broker's commission so that too is my profit. i made 4 trades with one losing trade....that trade was counter trend and i cut it very fast once it did not go my way immediately..... not wasting any more on kamakazi counter trend...

i have become better in filtering out the more risky trades sticking to with trend entries since there is no range

the pairs should be principled as well i tried bitcoin because it could be traded on weekends but it had crazy stop running spikes which i cannot risk with my kamakazi style . eur is good like ES..... BROOKS SAID INCREASE YOUR LOT SIZE .....RATHER THAN TARGET PIPS....that makes sense to me

Brooks said the correct thing.....draw the trendlines and then remove them....focus on the bars he also said things like 'all break outs fail' and they do....but it can confuse the hell out of a newbie !! because many go for 200 ticks before failing. i just quote him but there is a context...

the reason for the trade was not the trendlines ....trend lines were to assist in the entry and for confirmation... the reason for the trade was the market structure

the other trend line was touching only one bar....not good i have re dawn the trend line as a yellow line and you can see the market tested it 3 times it tested the blue line twice so it was risk free trade....imo......
