Has anyone sold short-term treasury futures to effectively lock-in a floating short-term interest rate on their mortgage? This seems especially attractive since there are currently interest only loan products out there at very low interest rates. I haven't heard anyone talk about this...

Except for outside the market hours the spread is generally 1/2 point.

I apparently need to perfect my chart reading skills. Even if I win this trade, perhaps the method is still wrong. Charts don't predict the future, they're only a tool to increase your odds of success. Too many people don't seem to understand this.
