Getting close to lunch on east coast expect a well off the lows rally. NQ trying to drag the others up but they are being stubborn.

Ok, you know the drill, as we near lunch...CBNC will say the dow had been down blah blah blah but has now recovered and near its session high. Guy in diner eating sandwich smiles....Citizens feel the worst is over, they put off selling.....same thing over and over.

A lot of old technical chart guys say we are going to go back and test the lows of Feb 9. I don't think so. Maybe after the end of Q1.
