Limit orders are handled electronically, and therefore have the potential to be executed immediately, whereas Market orders go through a human, and would generally be slower

I rarely use MKT orders, but when I do, they seem slower on the NYSE & AMEX the nasdaq is close, if I remember

try this left click on current Bid price [assuming a sell] then left click on LMT you should see Trail at the bottom

only enter OPG; it's automatically routed to NYSE

Not that hard; I think it really depends on what interest rate you are looking for. I got a 7.25% last year, not that good, but didn't have to supply any income information either -- just assests. I went through a mortgage broker, not a bank. Mark :cool:
