I didn't say anything about simple although I do believe in the principle of keeping things as simple as possible while remaining effective.

For me it's not so much an MA system as a directional trade. MA's help define geography and figure into filters. When price is sideways (MA's twisted, I don't trade. There are many periods of the week which are directional in my tf's.

NQ is correct, there are many variations which will work for trend following systems. I use 9ema, 30 wma and 90 wma but play with combination until you see what you like.

If you trade, you're going to have many losses. Given a well tested and viable trade plan, you simply wait for the next signal....and take it.

Yep can't learn if you don't pay attention. When you make a call I have the respect to look on my charts to see if there is commonality in signal. Often there is but when there isn't, I see a strong rationale for a trade. There is nothing to be gained by making a directional call and looking for...

I have no problem with people knowing how I trade. That an edge is lessened by others understanding it is nonsense. The market is way bigger than any of us and no one trades just the same. Everyone makes adjustments according to their own peculiarities.

If you had paid attention to my posts and charts, you would know when I am short or long but if you hadn't, I don't blame you. I rarely pay attention to anyone else's ""calls". However you might learn something if you lose the attitude ....and the Martingale.

I don't believe you. Your "trades" are too absurd to be credible....not that anybody cares.
