Exactly what I was seeing. The trend end of day was so strong that waiting for a pullback on the 3- or 5-min chart kept you on the sidelines, whereas entering long on any pullback to the 20 on the 1-min chart got you into the the trend easily. Of course the other way to enter a strong up...

I see no value in posts like this. Either call your trades live or post your time & sales blotter when you make this post so we can see how you managed to capture twice the entire day's range.

We haven't had a country default on its debt yet. In 2008 we had major iBank failures, first BSC, then LEH was the nail in the market's coffin. If one of these countries defaults, that would be mayhem for the markets. Right now it's just a "correction". The whole thing has a deja vu feeling though.

Has anyone else noticed that if you put on a position as soon as emg posts the price extreme at which he's going long or short with the expectation that price will, at the very least, make it almost there, you're just about guaranteed a 5 pt move in your favor?
