The party who had the error should be responsible for the trade.The 42 stock was there for a long time,,,in trading terms....I bot some 42 stock ended up kicking it 41.96 before the halt,,,,,,both trades busted....

I do not think daytraders..non-hedgies that is,have that clout w the bullets or anything else. Think of us as the birds that hang out on the rhinos back.

Trade nyse mostly,but have started looking at some naz stocks as the ranges are better suited for daytrading,,before this week i must say.I am going to miss my six shooter.I think the sec is paving the way to end the Up-tick rule. Cheers
