I'm up too. But in the process I lost all of my symbols. Had to reenter the ones that I was tracking. Not so bad since I only trade 1 and monitor some others. If I had a page of 40 or several pages, I would be pretty upset.

Money going out isn't such a big deal. You can always say that you are making a purchase. You still have to mind the details, but it's not as big a deal as when a wire for big $$$ suddenly pops up in your account... or so I've been told. :D

This is not good. That's fine. What you need is a plan. There is lots of stuff on Elite Trader as well as Trade2Win regarding this. Once you have done this work then you will reach your hard to explain goal. At very least you will not be stressed out all the time and will not question...

Maybe that's all s/he wants. The post may have been in the wrong place but I don't see any mention that this person wants to trade, or wants the "good returns" on any consistent basis. The original post was:

Great post for someone who wants to learn how to trade and is willing to put in the time and effort, but the original question was for something that can happen "in a relatively short amount of time".

Define "good", define "relatively short", mention why you want "good" returns in a "relatively short" time and you might get some better answers.
