When would OR be? Also it trades on multiple exchanges at different price levels on each so that would make it a little harder to get correct levels.

EchoTrade - what's up with them?

From my understanding of Dons posts Bright took over Echo.. Didn't know T3 allowed overnights maybe just for select traders? And their commission rates is ridiculously high I was quoted $7.50/1000 when I spoke to them a while back.

My concern is that having too many threads will make it easier to miss something . The great thing about this method is that it works for all markets and we can pick up something new even if we don't trade that particular instrument.

    Series 56 - LOL Thread

Kind of a pointless comparison. Besides for the fact that <1% of poker players ever play those stakes a lot of those are pros that file as professional gamblers so they can write off losses, travel and lodging expenses, and buyins

    Series 56 - LOL Thread

Not sure where Don is getting the 45% figure from. It's 25% on tournament winnings over 5k. For cash games you are obligated to file under other income on your 1040. The poker boom is clearly over though and you if you want to make more then 50k a year you have to put in some serious hours...

Thanks Mav. Honestly this is like the only useful thread on ET. Sometimes I wish you would just stop posting because I feel your giving so much away. Then I realize most people just wont put in the work to become successful. I was one of those guys at one point but this frame work is just so...

    Bright now accepting Series 56

Are you? I didn't mention anything about leverage in my post. I simply said you get more opportunities to find trades that meet your criteria with stocks then you would with futures.

    Bright now accepting Series 56

Simple there are over 5000 stocks you can choose to trade but less then 50 futures you can realistically trade.

    Bright now accepting Series 56

Yea I never traded pairs before and I don't really see the "benefit" of hedging a position, to me that's just limiting your upside while paying more in commissions and fees. Of course its the firms money that's on the line so they have every right to impose these rules to minimize their risk but...

Ty Don. I'm just trying to see if the type of trading I do is compatible with your firms offering.

So is it possible for Don or current Bright traders to post what a hedged overnight position would look like along with fees associated for holding overnight.

What does a hedged position mean exactly? If I'm long $50k worth of FB I have to be short $50k worth of SPY? Can you give an example along with the fees for holding over night. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Maybe you already have this but its a ACD indicator for Sierra. I came across it on my search for a Ninja Trader Indicator. I think you have to tweak it a bit to get your desired levels but it seems like it does the trick...

Justtrading, Thanks for the post. Some nights it takes me two hours to update my sheets, so any tips that make the process easier are appreciated. Question, are you paying any data fees with Sierra, are their sheets compatible with Excel?
