I was using VBI futures for few months as hedge, so my advice is: check waters first in real environment. Your graphics may not help much with specific issues related to these instruments.

It was one particular case, but overall processing has got improved since then. Now client`s acounts are being processed quickly. Credit goes to Liz from new accounts dep, who is doing good job.

IMO the best is knowing either: 1 - nothing (and you do nothing because you don`t know what to do, just holding the stock) or... 2 - a lot and gaining a lot of experience (and you trade successfully) I think that most unsuccessful traders come from the range between these two points.
