+1 to what mav said first. just open a retail account with any broker and appoint yourself trading manager. much easier - minimum capital required is 10kUSD or such.

but this is so common in oil. in fact any market that i trade had a lot of spoofing layering crap, but price is hardly affected by this.

The NSE stopped trading for a time here in India, due to problems. Trading resumed normally later on. Wont impact America's markets

i disagree here. news is where i tend to be handicapped. chances are there someone knows the news before, plus algorithms react much faster. Different story 30 mins after news though.

I know First New York Securities and consolidated trading. Trillium seems to be doing only equities. FNYS - seems hard for a foreigner to get in, unless they sponsor visa. Havent contacted consolidated trading yet.
