    Illinois CPA for trading

There is no particular reason why you need to meet your tax advisor. I have never met Robert Green and none of my clients use him, but his comments and website show a high level of competence. For me, one question I would ask is, if I get you my tax information early, can you finish my taxes...

    Non-display fees

The NYSE does seem to care what you do with the live data that will leave the display. They want to charge the fee.

    Non-display fees

That is a very good question. I have asked that myself. I am wondering what explanation they will except where in API is present yet it will be considered display or just not be charged the non-display fee? According to their memo the only acceptable explanation that I can think of is delayed...

    Non-display fees

Please keep in mind that I'm only here to help. I don't work for NYX-Data and I can't interpret their rules for them. We have been told that enabling any API will trigger not display data as long as the market data being passed through the API is real time. Period. We are hoping in the future...

    Non-display fees

No, but just the activation of the API triggers the non-display fees. Even if you never enter an order. The exchange claims once the MD leaves the trading platfrom, they have no idea what it is being used for.

    Non-display fees

It does not say that. The NYSE charges the same for both pro and non-pro non-display MD users.

    Non-display fees

The charge is per account name. We get charged for our use and each client will have a MD account at NYSE for their account. It is my understanding that if your LLC has multiple traders, you will get one bill. We can't redistribute to get around it.

    Non-display fees

Very simple, revenue generation for a monopoly that feels they can do what they want. They will drive automated traders to NASDAQ stocks or the futures, where these fees are material to their returns.

    Non-display fees

NYSE audited all PTS owned products including Lightspeed Trader API and Sterling TRader API. They explained their new definition of non-display to clarify it. https://www.ctaplan.com/publicdocs/ctaplan/notifications/trader-update/CTA Non Display Use FAQ.pdf Q: What is non-display use? A...

    Non-display fees

You can always switch to futures. Non-display are more like $170/exchange.

    Non-display fees

These fees are coming directly from the NYSE. They are making us disclose who our API users are. For those being directly billed by the NYSE, they're going to send out questionnaires to see who is non display and who is not.
