So if I understand this correctly: 1.) Busting trades - o.k. (CME & CBOT specialty) 2.) Halting a stock - o.k. (a NYSE specialty) 3.) Halting a stock and busting trades - lawsuit, not o.k.

How is this any different than the CME or CBOT busting trades on a spike in the emini or dow mini contracts? I wonder why no one sues them?

I sent a couple of exchanges an email to their marketing/sales address. Never heard anything back. If someone at an exchange takes the idea and runs with it - good! Thats why I posted it.

You got to change your email address - its the only way IMHO. Then open up yahoo, hotmail etc. for all non-family email. Of course you probably know that already.

Its not always true that you get what you pay for - thats why so many people shop at Wallmart. I have paid more in commissions for worse service & execution than with IB. This is the first problem I have had with IB. Lets see how they handle it.

I've got the same problem. IB is unsure what it is. Before you do something radical, I'd wait and see if it gets corrected.

Now the title lettering is spread across the entire top of the chart blocking candles making new highs. This is not an improvement.

Agree with you too. Weekly ma seems like the next spot for a bounce. Would be roughly a measured move down from this consolidation.

I'm with Chasinfla. Upward momentum on MACD dying. There comes a point when a pullback becomes a consolidation area for a further move down. Especially after three pushes up.

That lady from the Council of Institutional Investors that was on CNBC had it right. You can't have NYSE members voting who will be a board member that will regulate them. Otherwise the members will just vote out of office any board member who cracks down on them for violating the rules...
