I took a break from the Hof method. I was getting tinnitus pretty bad, and specifically in my left ear for whatever reason. It seemed to lessen after I stopped so not sure I am going back. I have also been lax on my meditation, but am working on getting back in the grove.
I have increased my weight by 4 lbs. I am guessing that is somewhat due to water retention with the creatine. Also have increased bench by a few pounds and reps by 1 -3 for each set. Doing more reps on my weighted pushups and pullups also.

I would say I am noticing an increase in size in the biceps and thighs at this point. I am also noticing a bit of hair loss that seems to coincide with starting the creatine.
It has been a pretty terrifying 1-2 years in aviation. We have a horrifying amount of close calls in the air and on the ground. Far too many close calls due to ATC and /or pilot miscommunication. FAA is doing a deep dive into figuring out what the heck is going on lately.
I mix it in a coffee cup with water, and I am drinking water all day long. And pissing all day long. The flushing isn't terrible, just noticeable. When I was on Niacin originally for cholesterol, the flushing was much worse.
I switched to taking it around noon, just after lunch, and I notice within about 2 hours I have a flush feeling and feel overall like my temperature has gone up. I am guessing that is what was waking me up at night.
