Ditch, i agree, the open is one of the best times of the day, if you figure out the different moves. I will check ou the gap fib retracement. Don't you agree that the ESTX is easier to trade? Here is chart from todays session.

Mike, I think the ESTX50 is less choppy than the ES even in the afternoon. I use 2min charts and the candles do look different. Spreads and liquidity is always perfect. Much less fake moves than in the ES or FDAX. It is a good choice, especially for a beginner. But why do you want to get up...

Hi, check out the thread with open e cry. I used their simulation for two days. You have access for thirty days for free. No data feed, but realtime fills. Made some decent profits with the system. At first i did not like the handling, but it is ok now.

I think Autotrader is a great program. It would become even better by adding two buttons to increase the stop or target manually. I know that this can be done by typing in a new number, but i think it would be safer and faster to have a button to do so. A variable increment would be great...

I am in Germany and use Nextrend. It is indeed very slow at times compared to the feed from IB. Can you recommend a faster software with Eurex and e-mini data? I use taipan realtime for Eurex, which is ok.

this seems to be really difficult...they must be getting thousands of new accounts each dax in the UK office and there is only one guy who has to handle all the trading, IT and account issues, so he just sends you a reply mail if he has no time... just to keep you involved in the proccess...:)...

I can only confirm the bad IB Uk experiences. After alreading having opened an IB account online for stocks I opened one with IB UK for US futures, because I am german. I had to send them my ID several times and got a lot of confusing emails from them which all seemed to be kind of automatic...
