For #1: Did you exit according to your rules or did you exit for some other reason? For #2: It should be simple, unless a trade is within your rules, you dont take it with real $$$. Simply, look at the scenario and paper trade it if you'd like and if it works, list everything you can to try...

You should already know what you did right....you ARE following your method correct? Or are you just winging it? If that's the case, then you MUST review each trade and figure it out.

I don't think anyone says that it's so easy to separate the idea of making/losing money from the actual method or means to do well in the mkts, only that it's pretty darn essential. We all associate the things we need or want in life with the money needed to pay for those things so it's only...

I know my method works (strong positive expectancy) and so I implement it exactly the same way everyday, P&L is a byproduct of all my hard work. I don't focus on it, I focus on the method and executing it properly.
