    I am interested in buying this stock at $9. I could also sell a June $10 strike put for $3, and buy a $2 call at strike $10. Am I right or is the synthetic long, selling the put and buying the call more advantageous than outright buying the stock?

    omg??? the coupon rate is 8,5%. This makes no sense the yield is 1,8%?? Isnt the yield 8,5%??? And whats the difference between fixed and variable anyways. If they say they pay 8.5% dividend they cant make it variable and make it 1.8% dividend. That would be illegal!

    Because daytrading is a zero sum game where the better daytraders make money of the worser ones. It is mathematicly impossible to get certifiably rich of daytrading, it has no true edge. And I dont mean rich as in millionaire, but it is impossible to there be 10+ daytrader billionaires...

    QE led to unbridles credit creation which is one of the drivers for higher food prices. That futures is a zero-sum game doesn't matter. Prices could be $100 a barrel for oil or $200 a barrel, and zero sum, and both situations would be the same. But for the common man this is not very positive...
