Not if you're American due to the global income tax requirement. Brokers may offer US markets trading but not to US citizens, even if they live abroad, because of the burdensome reporting requirement.
You have to look for brokers in SKorea that trade US markets or US brokers with trading platform in SKorea. IB or TDAmeritrade may be available?
US brokers will not allow you to trade on their US platforms if you provide them with a foreign address.
