i excersize regularly and eat somewhat healthy and can go to sleep very easily...my problem is I wake up at 5am no matter what time I went to sleep and once I wake thats it I cant go back to sleep. I usually wake to drain the snake. I have been told to hold off on the liquids at night.... :D
